Alex Avery (born 6 August 1971) is an English actor who played SC Terry Knowles in The Bill in 2001, and played Carl in Holby City in 1999. He has also guest starred in Shameless and appeared in the movie Quills and will be appearing in a Neil Jordan film in the future.
