Ambika Soni is an Indian politician belonging to Indian National Congress.She is a member of the Indian National Congress and is an elected Member of Parliament representing the state of Punjab in the Rajya Sabha. Ambika made her political debut in 1975 when she was elected president of the Indian Youth Congress (1975–1977). Later, she was elected to the Rajya Sabha in March 1976 and in 1988, she became the president of All India Mahila Congress.
