When he joined as marketing head of Hero Honda, it’s annual sales were around 413,000 units. Seven years later, it had hit more than two million units! As COO of Ranbaxy, Mr Sobti ran the operations of the company and all key functions — manufacturing, HR, marketing reported to him.
