Cicero Casimiro Sanchez Semedo (born May 8, 1986 in Seia), simply Cícero, is a Portuguese football forward, currently playing for Vitória Sport Clube. A product of Sporting Clube de Bragas youth system, powerfully built Cícero was promoted to the first team for 2004-05. On August 30, 2004, he made his main side debut, appearing in a 2-2 draw at Académica de Coimbra. In November, as a second-half substitute, Cícero scored his first league goal, in a 2-0 home win over G.D. Estoril-Praia. In January 2005, he moved to Russia for FC Dynamo Moscow, as many Portuguese players (or playing in the league) during that period, returning to Portugal in the 2009 January transfer window, joining Bragas neighbours Vitória de Guimarães.
