he may be very intelligent however we have seen he is controlled by somebody ,he cannot deliver,as he is not hardcore politician,they are govt babus protecting their collegues nothing else,to take strong step you have to visulise the results and take decision ,he is obsolute in todays enviorement

What steps did he take to prevent his ministers from adopting corrupt practices? When he is the head of the Government he also has the moral responsibility to question and drop such ministers, which he has failed to do. The people of India see him not as an individual but as the Head of the Country.
