Emad Moteab (Arabic: عماد متعب) (born 20 February 1983) is an Egyptian footballer who plays for Saudi Side Ittihad Jeddah as well as the Egyptian national team. He was capped for Egypt at the 2003 FIFA World Youth Championship, and scored a fascinating goal versus England. He appeared as a member of the first team at the 2006 African Cup of Nations, scoring twice in the last group game against the Ivory Coast and once in the quarter final against the Democratic Republic of Congo. Motaeb also scored in the 2005 FIFA Club World Championship 5th place playoff against Sydney F.C. in Tokyo, although Sydney won the match 2-1. It was El Ahly\s only goal of the tournament. in 2007 Emad spent two weeks on Teesside whilst trialing for English premier league team Middlesbrough F.C..
