Fredric Lehne (also known as Fredric Lane) is an actor who has appeared in over 200 films, mini-series, and television shows(Such as Rance Burgess on Fox\s Firefly) as well as many stage productions including works by Shakespeare, Moliere and Ibsen on Broadway. He appeared in such films as Con Air, Ordinary People and Being There. He may be best-known for his roles as US Marshal Edward Mars in ABC\s Lost and as INS agent Janus in Men in Black. Before his characters death, he appeared in a recurring role on Supernatural, as Azazel, the yellow-eyed demon. He also has a recurring role on Ghost Whisperer. Lehne has recently completed work on the film Apology, slated for release in late 2007. He has recently completed work on the TV series Criminal Minds, in late 2007-2008. On the show, Lehne played an ex-serial killer, who was looking for his kidnapped daughter.
