Narendra Patni was born in 1943. He is the founder, chairman, and chief executive officer of Patni Computer Systems. Patni finished his graduation from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He did his MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. He is married and has two children. Narendra Patni was the first one to start the off-shoring trend in India.
