The daughter of the hawker who died during an anti-encroachment drive led by Mumbai ACP Vasant Dhoble too died on Sunday of a heart attack. Radha Jaiswal had been admitted to the KEM hospital after the death of her father.

Her brother told reporters, "When my sister came to know that our father had passed away, she fell ill and lost her will to live."

Following the death of the hawker, Dhoble was transferred out of Mumbai, even though medical reports confirmed that he had died of a heart attack.

The relatives of the hawker had accused Dhoble of assaulting him during the drive. The doctors, however, ruled out the possibility of assault saying that there were no external injuries on his body.
