Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt on Friday canvassed for Uttarakhand Chief Minister Vijay Bahuguna's son Saket, who is contesting on a Congress ticket for the upcoming Tehri Lok Sabha bypoll.
Addressing the crowd, Dutt said Congress is the only party which could rise above caste and religion lines to bring development in the state and they should vote for the party to allow it to carry forward the development process.
