Thane, Jun 30 (PTI) Two persons, including an elderly woman, were electrocuted in separate incidents here, police said today. A 25-year-old man, Sayyed Qasim, was electrocuted after he touched a high-voltage electricity line near Shil Phata in Mumbra area yesterday. Qasim, a contract labour, was engaged repair work for MSEDCL (Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company), they said. In the second incident, a live wire fell on a woman in Virar area leading to her death. Gangubai M Dhodi (60) was working in the home\'s courtyard on Friday when live overhead wire gave way and fell on her in, police added.
