Yoga guru Ramdev on Sunday said he would be "glad" to offer his expertise to ailing cricketer Yuvraj Singh, who has been diagnosed with cancer and is undergoing treatment in the US.
"I would be glad to offer my knowledge of Yoga and Ayurveda to Yuvraj Singh. We have had some success in treating many dreaded diseases, including cancer, and there is no reason why we cannot replicate our success in the case of the promising cricketer", Ramdev told.
The left-handed batsman, who had played an instrumental role in India's World Cup win last year and became the "Man of the tournament", has been ailing for quite some time. He had moved to the US two weeks ago for treatment of a tumour in his lungs.
He has been reportedly diagnosed with Grade 1 cancer, which is said to be curable and is undergoing chemotherapy in the United States.
