In an industry where catfights between lead actresses are a dime a dozen, here comes the buzz that Anushka Sharma actually sent a congratulatory message to Deepika Padukone for her performance in her recently released film opposite Saif Ali Khan.

Our source says, “Dippy is over the moon about how her colleagues have absolutely loved her performance. Also, receiving a personal message from Anushka has been a very pleasing experience for her.”

Dippy and Anushka both made their Bollywood debuts opposite Shah Rukh Khan. Also rumour has it that Anushka was in the running for Ayaan Mukerji’s film with Ranbir Kapoor, but the role finally went to Deepika. Perhaps this could be an opportunity for catty actresses in Bollywood to learn a lesson in camaraderie.
