Arjun Rampal seems to be training too hard. The 39-year-old says he has ended up with an injured knee following a long run.

"Busted my knee after a 10 kms run yesterday. At home, trainer icing it, damn it better heal soon as an action film I will be filming in two weeks," tweeted Arjun, who has a fit and chiselled frame.

He is currently looking forward to the release of Kareena Kapoor-starrer "Heroine" Sep 21.
