Action star Arnold Schwarzenegger said that he was forced to come clean during a couples counselling session about the lovechild that he fathered with his housekeeper.

The "Terminator" star has spoken out about his infidelity for the first time in his forthcoming memoir 'Total Recall: My Unbelievably True Life Story', reported Daily Mail. "The minute we sat down, the therapist turned to me and said, 'Maria wanted to come here today and to ask about a child - whether you fathered a child with your housekeeper Mildred.' I told the therapist, 'It's true'," he said.

He revealed that he got intimate with Baena (housekeeper) while his family were away on holiday and he was stuck in California working on "Batman and Robin" in 1996. In the book Schwarzenegger has also mentioned about his journey from a rural town in Austria to becoming a Mr Universe bodybuilder, Hollywood superstar and powerful politician.
