As Delhi gears up for the performance of Latin sensation Enrique Iglesias next week, the singer is excited and also looking forward to have some yummy food while he is the country.
This is the 37-year-old's second visit to India. He last performed in 2004 in Mumbai and Bangalore. The gig will mark his first visit to the Capital, where he will perform on October 19 at Huda grounds. The "Addicted" hitmaker will also visit Pune (October 17) and Bangalore (October 21). The show is being organised by Microma.
"I've been looking forward to this trip for years. I've been trying to come back for a while, and just waiting for the right opportunity. Besides the show, I'm looking forward to the fans who are so amazing and enthusiastic, as well as the great food," Enrique told PTI in an email interview.
The Grammy-award-winning singer has churned out several hits and chart busters in the past and he says for his gig in Delhi he will be using some of his most favorite old and new songs. "I am very excited to come to India. Fans can definitely expect a lot of surprises and some great new production. I can't give away any more info than that! You'll just have to come and see for yourself," he said.
