Who says our B-town stars are always politically correct and shy away from speaking their mind, there have been several occasions where these celebrities have displayed an array of heated emotions. In.com brings you some such events which happened in history but have had quite a hit in the wall of fame:

Javed Akhtar- Dhanush – It’s said that never mess with a writer, they can tolerate anything but not bad wordplay. Javed Akhtar got pissed with Dhanush's ‘Kolaveri Di’ lyrics. He had tweeted: '"KOLAVARI-D". Every one is praising the robes but the emperor is naked. Tune ordinary, singing substandard words an insult to sensibility.' It was hardly a surprise when the noted lyricist received a lot of scathing responses for his remarks.

Ashutosh Gowariker- Sajid Khan - The fight was triggered as a comment by Sajid on Ashutosh's hero Harman in reference with the movie ‘Whats your Rashee’. When Gowariker later came on stage he voiced his displeasure at the jokes and the fact that certain technicians weren't allowed to speak. When Sajid told him that the jokes were given by the organizers, the director asked him to shut up. Sajid snapped ‘kisika baap bhi mujhe shut up nahi bol sakta!' Talk about celeb egos and their ugly display.

Karan Johar- Priyanka Chopra – During the PC-SRK love saga, not everything was very honky dory between SRK’s close friend Karan Johar and Priyanka Chopra. Karan wrote on twitter "Using their hired PR machinery and hiding behind so called "friends" to get news into tabloids is nothing but spineless and lame! He further added: "Some people need to wake up and smell the KOFFEE!!! Get a reality check before it’s too late!!! Grow up!!! And don’t mess with goodness....” Such were the heated scenarios between the two that it was believed that Karan had left out PC from his guest list of his birthday party. But all speculations were put to rest when PC did turn up though very late.

Rishi Kapoor- Sonam and Deepika – During a candid chatathon between Sonam and Deepika what started as a jovial banter later turning out to be a barrage of snide remarks from these two starlets didn’t really go down well the papa Kapoor? When Sonam said “Ranbir was unsexy, and that she had seen it all during the shooting of 'Saawariya' when he dropped the towel for the infamous scene, and wasn't interested anymore”. When KJo asked Deepika what she'd like to give Ranbir Kapoor, she said: a box of condoms. Later fuming over such negative remarks about his son, Papa Kapoor retorted saying, "Well to put things in the right perspective all I can say is that with both the girls it is a case of sour grapes."

'Lakshmi' review: It is weighed down by its 'standard-issue' treatment

In Lakshmi, writer-director Nagesh Kukunoor takes the unfortunate true story of an underage girl sold off to the flesh trade, and delivers a deliberately disturbing film that's often hard to watch. It's a tricky slope, films about exploitation and abuse. For as we've learnt from watching Madhur Bhandarkar's movies, there's a thin line between depicting harsh realities on screen, and in that process exploiting the very tragedy and the victim. We first meet Lakshmi (Monali Thakur), a 13-year-old traded by her alcoholic father for Rs 30,000, huddled in the back of a truck as it barrels through an Andhra forest.
