I’m glad that even before I anchored the live show, several top channels and production houses thought that I was worth it
Chitrangada Singh would not mind anchoring live events and TV shows. The actor recently hosted IIFA Rocks, a side event to the IIFA ceremony in Singapore, with actor Ayushmann Khurana. Having come through the experience just fine, the actor says she is now willing to anchor more shows. And if
reports are to be believed, she has plenty of offers.
“I’m glad that even before I anchored the live show, several top channels and production houses thought that I was worth it,” says Chitrangada, adding, “And after anchoring this one, I’m confident of pulling off another awards show with a live audience and even a TV show.”
So is the actor more likely to host a show on the small screen or judge one, like a lot of the top female actors are now doing? “It depends on what the show and concept is. If something appealing comes my way, I’ll consider it. Ditto for hosting,” says Chitrangada. “I can do TV, but not at the cost of my other commitments. Besides, I’m also a homemaker. I wish God would turn me into a superwoman who could do it all.”
