Singer-actor Justin Timberlake is preparing to sell off his New York bachelor pad after listing the property for USD 7.65 million. The 30-year-old 'SexyBack' hitmaker, who got engaged to actress Jessica Biel earlier this year, has put on sale the apartment located in Soho Mews building at 311 West Broadway, reported Ace Showbiz.
The former member of boyband NSYNC purchased the property for USD 6.56 million in 2010. The penthouse boasts of three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms and has a private outdoor wrap terrace with stunning views of the Manhattan skyline.
Timberlake and Biel, 30, have been dating on and off for more than four years before getting engaged. It was recently reported that the couple tied the knot quietly in Wyoming, but the wedding rumour was quickly denied by a family member.
