Following a week-long drama after withdrawing from Team India sponsorship and pulling out of the Indian Premier League (IPL), Sahara India chief Subroto Roy is all set to meet the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) president N Srinivasan and IPL chairman Rajeev Shukla today.

Sahara Pune Warriors can do little to bolster their side after two marquee Indian players -- Ravindra Jadeja and Vinay Kumar -- were bought by Chennai Super Kings and Bangalore Royal Challengers, respectively, at the last auction in Bangalore which Pune Warriors boycotted.

The only option left for the aggrieved Sahara Pune Warriors is to seek permission of playing five foreigners instead of four. Mumbai Indians were allowed five foreigners in the last Champions League Twenty20 when eight of their Indian players were on the injury list.

Meanwhile, neither BCCI nor Sahara could confirm the venue of the meeting till late on Saturday night. Since Roy was in Kerala on Saturday, there were rumours that he would meet Srinivasan in Chennai, but the meeting is likely to take place in Mumbai today. "The meeting is scheduled for Sunday afternoon in Mumbai. Chairman (Roy) is in Kerala today, but he will be back here for the meeting tomorrow," a Sahara source said.
