Turning his attention to Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Nitin Gadkari, activist-politician Arvind Kejriwal alleged that he had colluded with Nationalist Congress Party's (NCP) Ajit Pawar to exploit farmers in Maharashtra. Kejriwal said that the Maharashtra govt gave 100 acres acquired for irrigation to Gadkari and even diverted water meant for farmers to Gadkari's power and sugar factories. Kejriwal alleged a nexus between Nitin Gadkari and NCP's Ajit Pawar who as irrigation minister granted farming land to the BJP president.

Law Minister Salman Khurshid was also among Arvind Kejriwal's string of hit-and-run accusations. Kejriwal has alleged that an NGO run by the Khurshid and his wife Louis misappropriated Rs 71.5 lakh allocated for programmes to benefit the physically challenged. The law minister has rebutted allegations of forgery and embezzlement of funds and has filed a defamation case against the TV channel, which, in a sting operation, showed that the Zakir Hussain Memorial Trust was granted Rs 71.5 lakh on the basis of a forged letter.

Kejriwal alleged that DLF gave Robert Vadra (who married Gandhi's daughter Priyanka in 1997 after a heady romance) unsecured loans and provided him a string of property in Gurgaon in Haryana bordering Delhi at below-the-market prices. This, according to him, was because the Congress government in Haryana extended benefits to DLF in the form of cheap land taken from farmers. The DLF and the Haryana government issued elaborate denials, only to ignite fresh accusations from an unrelenting Kejriwal.
