Caster Semenya: South African sprinter Caster Semenya underwent gender test when reports emerged in the media that Caster had undergone sex-change. Santhi Soundarajan: Another Indian athlete Santhi Soundarajan also found herself in deep waters regarding the gender change. Santhi won silver in the 2006 Asian Games in Doha, Qatar but reports of her gender generated controversy and she was stripped off the medal.
