No less formal, but far more experimental has been Michelle. Already a darling with style watchers, Michelle hasn't been afraid to go with different cuts and prints while still maintaining a poised look

For their respective party conventions, the difference in their individual style mantras was apparent. Michelle opted for a pretty pink dress by American designer Tracy Reese that didn't steer far away from conventional but stood out. On the other hand, Ann chose an Oscar de la Renta shirtdress that fell pretty squarely in the safe zone
