The actress however sportingly took it in her stride and when she tweeted the outfit she planned to wear the next day, she jokingly said that she had ensured that there were no malfunctions this time around!

This isn't the only malfunction Eva's suffered. She had accidentaly flashed her right breast at the InStyle and Warner Bros Golden Globe party.
