Tony Stark is all set to return to the big screen as Iron Man again this Friday and Indian fans are in for a treat since the movie will release a whole week earlier than the US! Now while Iron Man is decidely one of the coolest superheroes the world has seen, our desi grown heroes aren't so bad either. Check out Bollywood's best right here...
Ra.One: Shah Rukh Khan plays G.One, the superhero of 'Ra.One'. The plot revolves around the transformation of Khan's character from a timid, uncool father to the spiffy superhero with blue contact lenses, a beefed up body and a sexy Chammak Challo as arm candy!
Krrish: Hrithik Roshan's performance in 'Koi... Mil Gaya' may have been appreciated by critics, but Jadoo was the real attraction of the first film. Roshan followed it up with a solid performance as Krrish in the sequel, a masked crusader who saves the world from the evil scientist played by Naseeruddin Shah. The character was so popular that Rakesh Roshan is now making another sequel that is expected to release around Diwali this year
Toonpur Ka Super Hero: In this movie inspired by the Hollywood flick 'Spacejam', Ajay Devgn plays an actor famous for his roles as superheroes, and is captured by the animated inhabitants of Toonpur to save their village. The movie tanked at the box office, but we have no doubt that Devgn will bounce back with better moves than he had in this movie!
Shahenshah: Amitabh's comeback after a hiatus of three years was as the enigmatic hero Shahenshah. Apart from the epic dialogues (Rishtey main hum tumhare baap lagte hain...), Shahenshah was every bit the feared crusader with an iron hand and a handy rope as a weapon
Drona: Abhishek Bachchan plays Drona, the protector of the nectar of immortality, who along with Priyanka Chopra has to save the world from falling prey to evil asuras. However neither Piggy Chops' slutty outfits nor the jazzy special effects could save this movie from sinking without a trace at the box office
