Pinarayi Vijayan (born 21 March 1944 in Pinarayi) is an Indian politician. He is a former Minister for Electricity in the Kerala state cabinet. Currently he is the secretary of the Kerala State Committee of Communist Party of India (Marxist) (CPI(M)).
