Prabhas Raju Uppalapati popularly known as Prabhas is a Tollywood actor and the nephew of Tollywood star and politician Krishnam Raju Uppalapati. Prabhas started his movie career with Eeshwar in 2001. In 2003, he was the lead in Raghavendra. He gained popularty in 2004 with M.S. Raju's film, Varsham opposite Trisha Krishnan. He followed with Adavi Raamudu and Chakram. In September 2005 he made the film Chatrapathi, opposite actress Shriya Saran. Chatrapathi was followed by Pournami, Yogi and Munna, Bujjigadu, Billa and Ek Niranjan. Darling came out in 2010 followed by the release Mr. Perfect. Rebel is set to release in 2012.
