About Simran Kaur Mundi

Simran Kaur Mundi is the Miss India 2008 runner-up. She was crowned Pantaloons Femina Miss India Universe 2008 in Mumbai on 5 April 2008. She represented India in Miss Universe 2008 held in Diamond Bay Resort in Nha Trang, Vietnam on July 13, 2008. Parvathy Omanakuttan was named Miss India 2008 while second runner-up Harshita Saxena was titled Miss India Earth 2008. However, due to earlier contracts with another pageant (GLADRAGS) Harshita Saxena resigned, thus resulting in the new Miss India Earth Tanvi Vyas.     She was a part of an Indian reality television game show called Zor Ka Jhatka: Total Wipeout where she was the winner of the seventh episode and found her place among the 15 finalists in the final episode.
