Both Pawan and Balbir grow up not knowing about their births and study in the college run by Bhujbal Choudhary. Bhujbal's daughter is Asha (Karisma Kapoor) who falls in love with Pawan. But Pawan has sworn to be a Brahmachari and refuses to have anything to do with her at first. But by and by he also falls in love with her.
