(Champak Chaturvedi) Paresh Rawal runs a theatre group in India; he performs shows all over the country. Bunty (Akshay) and Babla (Govinda) along with others are the actors in his group. Both Bunty and Babla never miss a chance to flirt with beautiful girls. At the completion of one show, an organizer (Asrani) offers Champak's group a chance to perform 30 shows all-over England; it is like a dream come true for him. Everyone is very excited but the heroine of the play opts out due to Akshay's misbehavior. However they reach London and with the help of a taxi driver (Rajpal), Bunty and Babla try to look out for a girl who can be the heroine of their play but this leads to a lot of misunderstandings and a series of funny sequences. In this process of finding an actress for the play, Govinda and Akshay fall into trouble involving a drug baron. Then the trio discovers a girl, Munni (Lara Dutta), who suffers from amnesia, to act in their drama. Eventually Bunty and Munni fall in love. Soon her memory returns and Bunty comes to know that Munni already has a husband (Arbaz Khan), as the story leads to the climax a major conspiracy is exposed
