Raj K. Saxena (Kader Khan) is a banker who uses his white to acquire customers. He pays a 25 per cent interest rate to those who deposit money with him, but only after 25 years. But, he ensures that he can get his money fast by picking elderly persons ready to die, that way he can get his money fast. His things had started getting well, but suddenly trouble arrives in his life in the form of another Raj K. Saxena (Aftab). His grandfather was one of the loyal customers who left his money with senior Raj. However, his grandfather stated specifically that he wanted the money to go to junior Raj after he passed away. This is what brings Junior Raj in front of senior Raj. Not only does junior Raj have a hard time with getting the money from senior Raj, but he also falls in love with his daughter, Amisha. With help from Amisha herself, a carefree character who could care less about values, family and her dad, Raj tries to get his money and a father in law.
