Auto Kesariya (Shakti Kapoor) kidnaps a woman right in front of her brother's eyes. When the brother goes to the police station to lodge a complaint, no one is bothered. When he persists, he too disappears without a trace. His wife, worried that the police are hand-in-glove with the disappearances, goes to the police commissioner.
