A group of Western women are sent to some of the most remote areas in the globe, living with different tribes to experience what life is like for the women that live there. The women must also train with the tribes and learn their ancient sporting rituals, before taking on the women - and all of their years of experience - in a head-to-head competition. Over the course of the journey, all of the athletes will be tested both physically and mentally as they give everything that they can to the array of challenges that face them. But who will be crowned the 'Last Woman Standing'?
