Superstar Salman Khan has been advised by doctors to stay off stunt scenes, owing to his medical condition. The actor has been suffering from Trigeminal Neuralgia for quite some time now, and was in the US last year for an operation. Doctors have said that a wrong blow on his face, the affected area, could aggravate the condition. While the situation is grave for Salman from the health point of view, the film trade is threatened, too. Salman is currently Bollywood's most bankable superstar and four out of his forthcoming five biggies have cast the actor in heavy-duty action roles. The four films are said to have around Rs.350-400 crore riding on them.
In Kabir Khan's spy thriller 'Ek Tha Tiger', Salman plays a hardcore action role of a secret agent. The film is scheduled to release this Eid. This will be followed by his home production, 'Dabangg 2', which releases this Christmas and sees the actor return as the maverick cop, Chulbul Pandey. His next home production, 'Sher Khan', slated for a mid- 2013 release, casts Salman as a superhero.
