Cold wave kills 7 more: UP

As Delhi saw its coldest day of the season on Tuesday with the temperature mercury dipping to 4 degree Celcius, nine more people have died in Uttar Pradesh taking the total to 92 now. The lowest temperature in the state was 0.9 degree Celsius recorded at Agra.
