Forty five days after the Delhi gangrape, the wheels of justice have finally started moving. A fast track court in Delhi on Saturday charged the accused with murder, gangrape, destruction of evidence and criminal conspiracy under 13 stringent sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
