The Delhi High Court on Monday agreed to government's proposal for all-women fast track courts to hear rape cases on priority. It also accepted the government's suggestion to begin trial into the case of Vasant Vihar gangrape on January 3. The sources added that more fast-track courts would be set up in Delhi and rapes cases in the national capital would now be heard on a daily basis.
