Food Bill will not worsen fiscal deficit: Montek Singh

In an interview with CNBC-TV18's Latha Venkatesh, Montek Singh Ahluwalia, the deputy chairman of the Planning Commission says that it will not worsen the country's fiscal deficit and will add only Rs 20,000 crore to the food subsidy burden.
