Liberate Emerging Kerala from toddy: HC

The Kerala High Court on Thursday asked the State Government to consider imposing total ban on the sale of toddy, the natural light liquor extracted from coconut trees and other palm trees. The court hoped that the Government would take a “bold” decision on the matter at least in the coming financial year.
