Four-year-old Mahi, who died after falling into a 70-feet deep borwell, will be laid to rest in Aligarh on Monday. Her family is blaming the police for not responding on time, and is seeking action against those who left the borewell open. "My daughter had fallen into the borewell at 11:10 pm and I called the police at 11:15 pm. The police did not respond in a positive manner. Had the police performed their duty in a much better and quick manner, my daughter would have been saved.
