It seems that the problems of Saif Ali Khan have not come to an end. His fight with Iqbal sharma at the Taj Hotel in Colaba has become worse. There were also reports of out of court settlement between Saif and the Sharma's few days back but Traina Patel, wife of NRI businessman Iqbal Meer Sharma, has rubbished any compromise.

Tarina claims that it was not only Saif but also Malaika Arora Khan was involved in the brawl. She further adds that Malaika Arora Khan verbally abused them.

Actor Saif Ali Khan was booked by the Mumbai Police on February 22 under Section 325 of the Indian Penal Code for causing grievous injury.

The brawl happened at the Japanese restaurant Wasabi at Mumbai's Taj Mahal Palace Hotel in Colaba. The fight was related to Sharma objecting to noise coming from Saif Ali Khan's table and asked them to speak softly so that others are not disturbed. Apparently at this, Khan replied he is looking for silence, he should go to a library instead of a restaurant.

Things took a different turn as the arguments grew louder between Saif and the Sharma. After which Saif punched Sharma, fracturing the latter's nose. Sharma then filed an FIR against Khan in Colaba Police Station.

Saif Ali Khan, too, filed a counter complaint against him saying he acted only in defense.
