Yet another sarpanch was shot dead in Baramulla in Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday evening. He is the 5th sarpanch to be murdered by the militants. Following this, all the sarpanchs are now up in arms blaming the Omar Abdullah government for failing to provide them with proper security.
