Power crisis: Delhi, Kolkata limp back to normalcy

It was the worst ever black out that half of India went without electricity for several hours on Tuesday. The three major transmission grids failed miserably bringing Northern, Eastern and Northeastern regions to a grinding halt. For now, power has been restored in the North, East and Northeast and cities are returning to normalcy.
