A college student Holly Teller is searching for her missing brother named Nathan. During the search, she gets drawn to the mysterious small town of Riddle, Pennsylvania. Despite a warning from the local sheriff, she starts investigating in an abandoned psychiatric hospital on the edge of town. She unravels a mystery which the town has been keeping secret for years.
