The difference between a critic and a servant is they see the same problem and respond differently. The critic says, "There's a problem, I'm going to criticize/mock/malign that." The servant comes and says, "I'm going to fix that." In Revelation, some churches are doing things well, and others have problems, and what God is calling John to do is serve them in the way you'd serve your family.
