Reacting to the announcement of retirement from international cricket by VVS Laxman, Chairman of the Selection Committee of BCCI, Krishnamachari Srikkanth, has said that Laxman had not only been a great batsman but also a great human being and his retirement was a huge loss to Indian cricket.
