His Bollywood debut didn't exactly go the way he might have wanted to. Not only did it NOT impress the critics but didn't make great money either. But we hear Aayush Sharma has already signed his next film with Salman Khan Films (which also produced Loveyatri). He will reportedly appear in the Hindi remake of the Marathi film Mulshi Pattern. And the buzz is that he was also offered the next project of filmmaker Rajkumar Santoshi and has grabbed it!
"The filmmaker had approached Aayush for a movie sometime back. Once the script was finalised, the latter was given a narration, following which he gave his nod to the project. It's a love story with elements of comedy and action," a source informed Mid-day, adding that an official statement was going to follow soon. Reportedly, it will be a romantic film but will have a huge surprise for the audience.
"He will be seen sporting a new look for his second film and has been on a red meat diet since he has to gain around 16 kilos for the part. Aayush has already put on over 10 kilos and is working out. He is also learning Marathi as the story is set in rural Maharashtra," the source added.
Aayush has gone through a visible transformation from his Loveyatri special lover-boy look and looks rather like a hunk these days! We wonder if he already is working on the new, required look...
