Actor Aditya Pancholi in a legal mess again, accused of threatening a car dealer over payment issues
Bollywood actor Aditya Pancholi is controversy’s favourite child. Two years after being accused of harassment by his industry colleague Kangana Ranaut, the actor has now landed up in another trouble. The 54-year-old has been accused of threatening a person over some monetary dispute. According to the latest developments, a case of non-cognizable offence has been registered against the actor at Versova police station for allegedly using swear words against a car mechanic and also threatening to kill him.
The complainant, who was identified as Mohsin Kadar Rajapkar, reportedly claimed that he and Aditya have known each other personally since a very long time. According to him, Aditya asked him to service his Land Cruiser in March 2017. However, due to the lack of equipment in Mumbai, the car was eventually transported to Delhi. In February 2018, the luxury car was transported back to Mumbai with a cost of around 2 lakh and 80 thousand rupees. After the delivery of the vehicle, Aditya allegedly abused and threatened the mechanic when the former asked him for the payment.
On being interrogated about the incident, Aditya reportedly rebuffed all the allegations and stated, “I have made all the payments and I have bank statements, in fact, he kept my car for one year for no reason.” According to the police officials, the investigation is underway.
