The second schedule of actress Shraddha Kapoor’s next film Batti Gul Meter Chalu has wrapped up in Dehradun. The actor made her way back to Mumbai on Tuesday but it’s not just the film schedule she’s wrapped up. Shraddha made all attempts not to be seen on her return to the city but she was spotted by with her face wrapped in a dupatta.
Shraddha recently shared an image on her social media account and captioned it ‘Mood: Anonymous.’ True to it, the actress wrapped herself up with a dupatta and covered her face too with it. In a bid to look more mysterious, she paired it up with round dark shades. You’d be hard-pressed to identify her. Perhaps that was the plan. Shraddha is a big star and as the video above shows fans can easily identify anyone down on their way to work.
During the course of the shoot in Uttarakhand, Shraddha and Shahid were reportedly staying in houses around the locals in Tehri, leaving out the luxuries of hotels. Speaking to a leading daily, a source said, “The producers toyed with the idea of a five-star initially, but realized that the closest ones are in Dehradun. The conveyance would have been a hassle since the location is a three-hour-plus drive from Dehradun. That’s when Shahid and the producers decided to opt for homestay. When they suggested the idea to Shraddha, she instantly agreed.”
She will be starring opposite Shahid Kapoor for the second time after Haider. The film will also star Yami Gautam in an important role. Batti Gul Meter Chalu will hit the theatres on August 31.
