Bharat: Salman Khan gets patriotic as he unveils the fourth poster
Ex-flames Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif are all set to entertain the audiences with their upcoming Bharat. The film, helmed by Ali Abbas Zafar, will feature Salman in multiple avatars. A few of which, we have seen in the recently unveiled posters the film. After treating fans with back-to-back posters, Bhai, on Thursday, released his another look from the film through a fresh new poster. Featuring alongside the actor is Kat, who also sports a new look.
The poster shows Salman as a naval officer and in the background, we also see a navy ship. Kat can be seen looking beautiful in a traditional salwar suit, flaunting her curls and wearing an intense expression on her face. The Race 3 actor captioned it as ‘Meri Mitti. Mera Desh,’ hinting at the patriotic tone of the film. The poster also has ‘1985’ imprinted on it as well as the film’s tagline that reads ‘Journey Of A Man & A Nation Together.’
The previously released posters introduced us to his three different looks in the film - an old man, his look in the 60s with retro style jacket and sunglasses and a coal miner. The poster was dropped by the superstar on Tuesday and featured Kat in formal attire with Khan calling her ‘Madam Sir’ in his caption.
In an interview with a publication, Katrina recently shared that her decision to do Bharat had nothing to do with Salman. “I read the script from start to finish in three hours and immediately called him to tell him that I loved it. I realised there was an opportunity of going the extra mile with this character. So, it had nothing to do with my friendship with Salman or Ali. In fact, Salman did not even call me after I signed the film. We met directly on the set.”
Also starring Tabu, Sunil Grover and Jackie Shroff in pivotal roles, the film is set to release on June 5.
